Processing Time
Every gift box is custom made to order and takes 1-3 business days for creation. Delivery within North America is an additional 7-14 business days.
Shipping
We offer trackable standard shipping within North America at a reasonable rate. Estimated standard shipping time is 7-14 business days. A tracking number will be provided by email once the package is shipped. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. We currently ship within North America only.
Shipping Delays & Issues
When placing your order, please allocate enough time to accommodate unforeseen postal delays. If your package was shipped properly from our shop to the address provided, we are not responsible for delayed or missing shipments and are unable to issue a refund for postal issues beyond our control.
Customs & Import Fees
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please contact us if you have any issues with your order. We want to ensure that every customer is happy. Once our product has been shipped from our shop, we do not provide refunds on lost or delayed shipments that are out of our control.
Changes & Cancellations
Changes or corrections to an order (name spelling, colour, etc.) may only be made within one hour of placing the order. After this time, we have entered the production process and cannot make any changes or provide refunds. If the mistake was on our end, we will be happy to fix it for you! Due to the personalized nature of our product, we do not allow cancellations.
